AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Purchases made within Australia will be delivered by TNT Couriers within 1 – 3 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery rates are calculated based on TNT schedules and are calculated during checkout. Domestic delivery rates are between $9.00AUD - $13.00AUD depending on the delivery address. An email confirmation with online tracking details will be sent when the package is 'In Transit'.
A signature is required on delivery and we STRONGLY suggest a work address. TNT will make two attempts to deliver your purchase. If they cannot successfully deliver your purchase after two attempts they will hold the goods at their depot and the additional delivery charges incurred for re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have any special instructions, such as requesting the courier leave the delivery at the front door if no one is there to receive the goods, please make a note of this in the comments box when going through checkout. Please note TNT will confirm delivery once the package is dropped off without a signature, and the customer assumes responsibility at that point.

CLOSETPRINCESS.COM delivers to Asia-Pacific, USA, UK and Europe within 3 – 10 working days from the date of purchase. Due to various countries customs procedures, we cannot assume responsibility for delays.
Overseas purchases will be charged a flat rate of $40.00AUD for New Zealand and $70.00AUD for any other desitnation. Delivery of your purchase is fully insured until it is delivered and can be tracked online.
Shipping charges DO NOT include any individual country's customs fees, tariffs or duties. All packages will have ACTUAL VALUE declared.
