CLOSETPRINCESS.COM accepts payments through PayPal, and via secure credit card transaction with VISA Mastercard or American Express. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Customers who have a Verified PayPal account with a "Confirmed" address, can have orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order. A Verified PayPal payment can assist in speeding up the order process. PayPal payments via an Unverified and Unconfirmed account can take at least 48 hours to process. From time to time CLOSETPRINCESS.COM publishes redeemable discount coupons for use by customers.  Generally coupons cannot be redeemed against items that are already on sale however CLOSETPRINCESS.COM may change this policy from time to time.

All prices quoted on CLOSETPRINCESS.COM are in Australian dollars (AUD) including a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us during business hours within 2 days of receipt of your purchase as recorded with TNT or relevant courier.

You will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on returning the garment. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched. Please note that you will not be charged additional delivery fees for the exchange. If you receive a faulty product, please notify CLOSETPRINCESS.COM immediately and the item will be exchanged for you at no additional shipping costs.

Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number and CLOSETPRINCESS.COM reserves the right to refuse the return of a garment if there is any indication that the garment has been worn, washed or dry-cleaned, or is damaged in any way.

LAY-BY

CLOSETPRINCESS.COM is pleased to provide lay-by facilities with the following conditions:

1. A 30% initial deposit is required to secure your purchase
2. CLOSETPRINCESS.COM will issue you with a lay-by voucher for the deposit amount, increasing the value of the lay-by voucher for each payment made
3. Your purchase will be held for 30 days
4. Beyond 30 days your purchase will no longer be held for you, a 20% administration fee will be incurred and the remaining value of your lay-by voucher may be used to purchase anything in store or refunded
5. Lay-by purchases may be exchanged only, our usual refund policy does not apply
6. No lay-by on sale items

If you would like to proceed with a layby payment please email us and we will provide simple instructions for setting up your lay-by purchase.

If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your purchase.

You will be sent an email containing a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the garment. Following receipt of a Returns Authorisation number, the item must be returned immediately. Any returned items not received within 7 days will receive a credit only.

Please note that postage for returns of non-sale items within Australia is free of charge. 

Once the product is received by CLOSETPRINCESS.COM, it will undergo a rigorous quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that all tags are still in place. CLOSETPRINCESS.COM reserves the right to refuse the return of a garment if there is any indication that the garment has been worn, washed or dry-cleaned, or is damaged in any way. When the quality control check process is complete, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s nominated account. Refunds will be made within 5 business days of receipt of returned goods. We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 2 days from receipt of goods, as recorded with TNT or relevant courier.
Please note that lingerie and swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is still in place. Shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging and unworn. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

Items purchased 'on sale' may be exchanged for a different size, another item or a credit note only.  No refund will be offered on sale items.

Please note that refunds will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number.

When prompted to supply personal information, you are required to provide the information about yourself that is true, accurate and complete in all respect. We reserve the right to discontinue the use of this website to any person(s) who provides us with false or misleading information.

We do not store your credit card information.
